FCFR: NOVEMBER FAMILY WEEKEND EVENT
FRIDAY 11.10.23:
Family Weekend Event VIP early access begins promptly at 11:00 AM; for all remaining guests we ask that you arrive promptly at 11:45 AM for our Family Weekend "Kickoff Event "Meet and Greet" w/ the Clinical Director and attending Therapists, proceeded by FCFR's Clinical Campus guided facility tour. (Please see below for VIP qualifying information).
The first 50 tickets purchased will automatically qualify as "VIP" guests. All VIPs please arrive promptly at 11:00 AM to receive a very special oportunity to claim own uniquely created FCFR FW Event VIP GIFT BAG! VIP gift bag giveaway is limited to one gift bag per individual qualified FW VIP guest.
Please note; If for some reason you are VIP guest qualified and are not able to attend and/or are not able to arrive promptly on-time at 11:00 AM, please alert FCFR Director of Admissions, Angela Rumsey via email (please avoid doing so on GM threads) at [email protected].
Also, please be advised that for all FW Event VIP guests who may be arriving later than 11:00 AM or unable to attend first FW Event, may rsult in an automatic forfeit for claimVIP guest FCFR gift bag.
For VIP guests arriving at 11 AM; We ask that you park near the front-east side of the building rather than the back lot located behind the building, as patients will exit the Clinical building using the back-west corner gate exit in order to board van's for transport to their respective alternative locations. **Please refrain from arriving too early as we must first assist all patient's in vacating the premises before guests arrive, prior to 11 AM. Therefore, guests who arrive too early, may be asked to wait in your vehicle until all patients have vacated the building.

SATURDAY 11.11.23:
Begins in the hotel ballroom with your participation in Dr. Moran and the Clinical and Therapeutic Teams' introduction to FCFR' s elite, cutting edge, science-based treatment program at 8:00 AM (please arrive promptly by 7:45 AM). Event will begin with all devoted FCFR Family Members, attending the most imortant daily group therapy ("Community") that Dr. Moran and members of his clinical team facilitate for patients. To include, information on behalf of the therapeutic team for our beloved FCFR Family Members fully participating in this most beneficial event. Event includes opportunities for participating FCFR Family Members and their Loved One's whom adhere to all treatment directives appropriately provided in accordance to allowing for a successful and productive event, to earn the chance to share lunch and/or dinner together. *Catered food options, afternoon snacks, bottles of water, and an assortment of beverages, is included in ticket price.*
SUNDAY 11.12.23:
Begins with a "wrap-up" sessions for all participatient FCFR Family Members. That includes an overiview of FCFR's treatment program with allotted time for a "questions & answers" segment, provided by Dr. Moran and members of FCFR's Therapeutic Team. Event begins in the hotel ballroom at 9:00 AM (please arrive promptly, by 8:45 AM). Folowed by day of an earned opportunity to practice relaxing recreation and socialization for all of the dedicated FCFR Family Members and their Loved One's, which have been found to have successfully particpated in all of the Family Weekend events via FCFR's traditionally, greatly appreciated, ocommunity catered lunch event that is mutually beneficial to all whom participate in their ability to enjoy each other's company. By which, all participants are able to personally connect with each other. To include, as well, great opportunities for all vital FCFR Family Members, many of which, who choose to socialiize with each other. As, many are already familiar with each other, appropriate only to socialization via FCFR's "GroupMe Support Threads" & their accompanying Zoom calls. *Catered Food, assorted beverage choices, and event space is included in ticket price.*
